The Bald Man Knife and Tool Thick-a-Tross is a heavy-duty fixed blade that combines two of the maker’s favorite designs: the curved, sweeping profile of the Albatross and the extra-thick blade stock of the Thicker Clipper. It features a 2.75 inch CPM MagnaCut blade ground from 3/16 inch stock, hardened to 63 HRC, on a 7 inch overall frame that gives you a full, confident grip. Two Proven Designs in One Knife

The Thick-a-Tross takes the best of two Bald Man Knife and Tool models and merges them. From the Albatross, it inherits a curved, flowing blade profile with plenty of belly for slicing and smooth, controlled cuts. From the Thicker Clipper, it gets beefy 3/16 inch blade stock that adds serious strength and rigidity. The result is a knife that slices like a nimble small blade and stands up to the kind of abuse that would make thinner knives flex.

Small Blade, Full-Size Grip

With a 2.75 inch blade and a 7 inch overall length, the Thick-a-Tross puts most of its size in the handle. MagnaCut Performance

The blade is made from CPM MagnaCut, a premium powder metallurgy stainless steel developed by Larrin Thomas and made by Crucible Industries.
